# Force Restart

<figure><img src="/files/WtAglE8AmwTkSikZbPuv" alt=""><figcaption><p>Throwback to our beginnings: One of our first versions when the app was called Present Perfect. Two iPads, one vision.</p></figcaption></figure>

In the early days when Steve Jobs was talking about a Post-PC world, we got together with an idea. We saw how iPads could change meetings for the better and wanted to make that happen.

Our app has changed a lot since then. At first, it was for everyone. Now, it's a unique tool that improves enterprise presentations but stays easy to use.

As we bootstrapped our way forward, we faced numerous challenges in finding the right market fit. We constantly adapted and persevered, never giving up. And then, [February 2022 arrived](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_invasion_of_Ukraine)...

These days, we're not just updating our app but also hitting the reset button on our lives. Even though a lot has changed over the past year, we're more confident than ever that we're heading in the right direction. Call it a "Force Restart," if you will, but we can't wait to see what's next.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://changelog.rapport.tech/past-releases/force-restart.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
